We loved the quiet country location, perfect for us as we enjoy visiting family in the area. The property had everything we needed and was set on a good-sized private property. The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was a great base for exploring the nearby attractions, with easy access and helpful advice from the hosts. It felt like a home away from home.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

Beautiful countryside location, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Host put up a Christmas tree for that extra festive feel. Lots of local walks.
Oh joy, cobwebs and spiders under the beds. And the double bed was a tad too small for two grown adults.

We stayed at Bramble Cottage for a few days to visit family in the area. The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen. The hosts even left some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable, and the location was remote yet conveniently close to nearby villages with pubs and supermarkets. a great base for our visit with wonderful hosts.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Comfy and well-equipped cottage with a fully stocked kitchen. Loved the thoughtful gesture of leaving milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Remote location with nearby villages for groceries and pubs.
Structural cracks and safety issues with exposed electrical wire and mould in the bathroom. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and some duvets had stains on them.

The location of Bramble Cottage is perfect for a peaceful retreat, surrounded by countryside with little around. the cottage itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. the hosts are accommodating and even left a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. there are nearby villages with pubs and supermarkets for convenience.
Directions to the cottage can be confusing and the lack of clear signage by the road can make it difficult to find.
